Mary brings a background in tech and team leadership, where she learned to focus on people: how they work, what they need, and how to build experiences that help them thrive. She's a parent of five, and she brings that same care to every family at Early Alpine.

Kelly Stratton

Kelly oversees every classroom, from infants through PreK. She has more than 15 years in early childhood care and a Master's in Child Developmental Psychology, and she brings deep understanding and hands-on expertise to every room she leads.

Kadence brings a calm, nurturing presence to our infant room. She loves getting to know each baby as their own little person, and she builds strong, trusting relationships with families, celebrating every milestone along the way.

Mini Movers

Audrey

Audrey has more than seven years of experience caring for young children and holds a degree in Human Development and Family Science. She gives toddlers a calm, predictable day with a familiar face nearby, and she'll keep you in the loop on the small things, like what they ate, how they napped, and the new word they tried out.

Tiny Thinkers

Tali

Tali has nearly six years in childcare, and toddlers are her favorite age. In Tiny Thinkers she builds independence, communication, and emotional regulation, from potty training to dressing themselves, and she makes sure every child feels safe enough to explore.

Little Learners

Emma

Emma has been part of the Bozeman community for over a decade and holds a psychology degree from Montana State University. Before early childhood education, she supported children and families through developmental research. As Lead Teacher, she brings calm structure, kindness, and a steady presence, helping children build confidence, social skills, and independence.

Preschool

Andrea

Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in childhood education and leads our preschool classroom. Her goal is to help every child grow into a confident, capable, and curious learner, ready for the big step to kindergarten, in a space where children feel safe and excited to learn.
