Meet The Team

Owner & Operator
Mary Moore
She comes from a background in tech and team leadership, where she's focused on people—how they work, what they need, and how to design experiences that truly support them. As a parent of four, she brings that same mindset to early childhood care—creating a program rooted in quality, trust, and strong relationships.

At Early Alpine, she’s focused on what makes great care possible: emotionally safe classrooms, confident teachers, and consistent care that families can trust.

Basecamp Director
Kelly Stratton
With over 15 years of experience in early childhood care—from one-on-one settings to licensed childcare centers—Kelly brings deep understanding and hands-on expertise to her role as Director.
She holds a Master’s in Child Developmental Psychology and is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where children, families, and teachers feel supported.

Early Explorer Lead Teacher
Megan Sawyer
Megan brings a calm, nurturing presence to the infant classroom. She joined Early Alpine in 2021 and holds a degree in Kinesiology from Montana State University.

She focuses on tuning into each baby’s unique developmental rhythm and building strong relationships with families. Her goal is to create a supportive, consistent space where infants feel secure—and where parents feel seen and supported too. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, baking, spending time in local coffee shops, and hosting game nights with friends and family.

Mini Movers Lead Teacher
Jaclynn Pruitt
Jaclynn has eight years of experience in early childhood education, working in in-home, preschool, and center-based programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Child & Family Relations.

She loves the joy and curiosity toddlers bring to each day and creates a calm, welcoming space where they feel safe, seen, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. She works closely with families to build trust and connection, creating a rhythm that feels as cozy as home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, and always has a creative project in progress.

Tiny Thinkers Lead Teacher
Athalia Pollock
Tali has nearly six years of experience with young children, most of it with toddlers in daycares, Montessori programs, and preschools. She loves helping children learn to navigate the world, finding joy in their curiosity and the smiles that light up the day.
Her classroom blends stability to keep children safe with the flexibility to keep them happy and engaged. She values every relationship with children and families, believing it truly “takes a village.” Outside of work, she enjoys painting and spending time with her German Shepherd, Athena.

Little Learners Lead Teacher
Emma Christopher
Emma has been part of the Bozeman community for over a decade and holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Montana State University. Before entering early childhood education, she supported children and families through work in neurofeedback and developmental research.

As Lead Teacher in the Little Learners classroom, Emma brings calm structure, kindness, and a steady presence. She helps children build confidence, social skills, and independence, while keeping joy and curiosity at the heart of their day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their pets, and extended family, and making the most of the Montana outdoors.

Preschool Lead Teacher
Alex Condon
In her classroom, Alex creates a space where children feel excited to learn, supported in their growth, and ready for the next step into Kindergarten. She has worked in childcare since 2019, starting with elementary-aged students before moving into early childhood education in 2023. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seattle University.

She loves building connections with children and families and finds joy in watching each child gain skills, confidence, and a love of school. Originally from Colorado, she enjoys crafting, spending time outdoors, and supporting children through the important transition to Kindergarten.
