Meet The Team

Owner
Mary Moore
She comes from a background in tech and team leadership, where she's focused on people—how they work, what they need, and how to design experiences that truly support them. As a parent of four, she brings that same mindset to early childhood care—creating a program rooted in quality, trust, and strong relationships.

Basecamp and Preschool Director
Kelly Stratton
With over 15 years of experience in early childhood care—from one-on-one settings to licensed childcare centers—Kelly brings deep understanding and hands-on expertise to her role as Director.
She holds a Master’s in Child Developmental Psychology and is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where children, families, and teachers feel supported.

Early Explorer Lead Teacher
Megan Sawyer
Megan brings a calm, nurturing presence to the infant classroom. She joined Early Alpine in 2021 and holds a degree in Kinesiology from Montana State University.
She focuses on tuning into each baby’s unique developmental rhythm and building strong relationships with families. Her goal is to create a supportive, consistent space where infants feel secure—and where parents feel seen and supported too. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, baking, spending time in local coffee shops, and hosting game nights with friends and family.

Tiny Thinkers Lead Teacher
Athalia Pollock
Tali has nearly six years of experience with young children, most of it with toddlers in daycares, Montessori programs, and preschools. She loves helping children learn to navigate the world, finding joy in their curiosity and the smiles that light up the day.
Her classroom blends stability to keep children safe with the flexibility to keep them happy and engaged. She values every relationship with children and families, believing it truly “takes a village.” Outside of work, she enjoys painting and spending time with her German Shepherd, Athena.

Little Learners Lead Teacher
Emma Christopher
Emma has been part of the Bozeman community for over a decade and holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Montana State University. Before entering early childhood education, she supported children and families through work in neurofeedback and developmental research.
As Lead Teacher in the Little Learners classroom, Emma brings calm structure, kindness, and a steady presence. She helps children build confidence, social skills, and independence, while keeping joy and curiosity at the heart of their day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their pets, and extended family, and making the most of the Montana outdoors.

Mighty Movers Lead Teacher

She strives to create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore, learn, and build confidence through meaningful relationships and hands-on experiences.
